Crystal Guerra
Office Manager
Crystal's journey with our practice began in October 2008 where she started as a dental assistant. Since then, she has meticulously worked her way up to becoming our Office Manager. Crystal's dedication and passion for dentistry shine through her every role within our TEAM. Crystal ensures the seamless operation of our office, allowing us to focus wholeheartedly on providing exceptional dental care to our patients. Crystal finds true joy in being part of a dynamic TEAM committed to creating and maintaining beautiful smiles. Her enthusiasm for work is contagious, and her commitment to excellence sets the standard for our entire staff.
Outside the office, Crystal cherishes her time with her husband, Michael, and her children.
Amy Council
Business Assistant
In 2017, Amy became part of our Seguin Smiles TEAM as our hygiene coordinator. She brings to the practice many years of experience in the dental field. Fourteen of those years were spent as a pediatric dental assistant. Her bubbly personality, dental knowledge, and great people skills make her a perfect fit for our office.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and taking trips to the beach.
Luisa Rodriguez
Business Assistant
Luisa was born in Eagle Pass, Tx and raised in Seguin, TX. She graduated from Seguin High School in 2009. Luisa joined our TEAM as a Registered Dental Assistant and then after years of experience she decided to take on the role of Insurance Coordinator. Luisa enjoys being part of the Seguin Smiles TEAM because of the care our doctors provide and that state-of-the-art office.
Outside of work, Luisa loves spending time with her daughter and younger sisters. She coaches her daughter's volleyball and basketball teams when in season.
Lindsay May
Marketing Manager
Lindsay has always been in the dental field and loves being at Seguin Smiles. Her favorite part is seeing a patient see their new smile and love it. When Lindsay is not at the office she is camping with her family, cooking or gardening.
Michelle Rios
Registered Dental Assistant
Michelle graduated from Seguin High School in 2014 and joined the Seguin Smiles TEAM in June 2018. Michelle was born and raised in Seguin. Michelle attended Kaplan College where she graduated with a registered dental assistant certification. Michelle's favorite thing about Seguin Smiles is working with her friendly co-workers.
Michelle has been married to her husband, Noah, since August 2015, and they have two girls together. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family.
Christi Talley
Registered Dental Assistant
Christi graduated from Concorde Career College with honors in 2015. In 2017 she decided to go back to school and graduated from Northeast Lakeview with an Associates of Science in Microbiology in 2021.Christi loves getting to know our patients and being a part of a tight-knit and dedicated TEAM. She really loves designing crowns, performing whitening services and seeing patients leave our office with confident smiles. Recently, Christi has turned her attention to learning more about implants.
In her spare time, she enjoys dancing, watching documentaries in every genre, jet skiing in the summer, and horseback riding.

Victoria is a dedicated and passionate dental professional with a heart of gold. She's thrilled to be part of the Seguin Smiles TEAM! As a young mom, she's fueled by coffee, laughter, and the joy of watching her beautiful daughter grow. Born and raised in Carrizo Springs, Texas, she brings a touch of humor and a whole lot of enthusiasm to everything she does.
When she's not helping patients achieve their best smiles, you can find her cheering on her daughter at her sports events or exploring new adventures together. With a heart full of joy and a passion for making a difference, she's always ready to spread smiles and positivity in her community, one smile at a time!
Natalya Cruz
Registered Dental Assistant
Natalya (or Nat for short) graduated from Gonzales High School in 2021 and went on to earn her degree as a registered dental assistant from Concorde Career College in 2023. Born and raised in Gonzales, Texas, she loves her small-town roots! When she's not helping patients smile, Natalya enjoys dancing to the rhythm of Mexican music, playing soccer, and soaking up the sun outdoors. Family is everything to her, and she loves building strong relationships with those around her. Natalya is thrilled to be part of the Seguin Smiles team, where the warm and welcoming atmosphere feels just like home. She's excited to bring her skills, passion for dentistry, and vibrant energy to her patients, and looks forward to helping them achieve a healthy, happy smile!
Analysse Jaure
Registered Dental Assistant
Analysse is a graduate of Seguin High School Class of 2022 and is a registered dental assistant. She graduated from New Braunfels Dental Assistant School in March of 2023 and during her externship at Seguin Smiles, she discovered a work environment that truly resonated with her. The supportive and uplifting atmosphere, combined with the dedication of her fellow colleagues, makes every day at work a joy. She is excited to continue growing and learning in the dental field and looks forward to expanding her skills and experience alongside her wonderful coworkers.
Tiffany Frothingham
Registered Dental Hygienist
Tiffany joined Seguin Smiles in August 2013, bringing a wealth of knowledge and dedication. Graduating with honors from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, she earned a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. Tiffany also attended Texas Lutheran University for a period, like serval other team members.
With experience in dental assisting, hygiene recall, and insurance. Tiffany is a versatile asset to the clinic, ensuring patients receive top-notch care and support,
Outside of work, Tiffany treasures spending time with her husband Jeff and their two daughters. She also raises goats, finding fulfillment in being outdoors.
Brianna Castanon
Registered Dental Hygienist
Brianna joined our Seguin Smiles team in June of 2018. Brianna hails from the Texas Panhandle but moved to Seguin after her husband's job was transferred to the area. Brianna attended Amarillo College, where she graduated in 2017 with an Associate of Science degree in dental hygiene. Brianna enjoys working for Seguin Smiles because it is a state-of-the-art practice, where patient care and comfort is the number one priority. Brianna loves working in the dental field and building relationships with her patients.
Outside of work, Brianna likes to spend time with her husband, travel, and shop.
Barbara Brady
Registered Dental Hygienist
Barbara, a cherished member of the Seguin Smiles TEAM since 2019, brings over three decades of experience and a caring touch to patient care. She earned her hygiene degree from Bee County College in 1987 and appreciates the familial atmosphere at Seguin Smiles, along with Dr. Weinman's dedication to patients.
Outside of work, Barbara enjoys tending her yard, swimming, and boating on Lake Placid. Recently, her joy has been amplified by her one-year-old grandson, Bennett, the pride and joy of her daughter Amanda. Barbara is a mother to 3 daughters and has been married to her husband Dave for 22 years. Barbara's commitment to both her professional and personal life reflects her nurturing spirit and positivity.
Hannah Maltony
Registered Dental Hygienist
Hannah is a registered dental hygienist who joined the Seguin Smiles TEAM in 2020. She graduated from Wharton Country Junior College with her associate's degree in applied science-dental hygiene in 2019. Hannah is a Seguin native, born and raised!
When Hannah's not at work, you'll often find her enjoying the company of her dogs or tending to her chickens. Family holds a special place in her heart, and she and her husband, Reed, dream of expanding their own.
Heather Maloy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Heather joined the Seguin Smiles TEAM in March of 2024. She was born and raised in New Braunfels, Texas. Heather earned her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene, from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2013. Her love and passion for the dental field began at the young age of 15 years old. Heather started off her career as a sterilization technician, working her way up through dental assisting, until achieving her current role as hygienist. She specialized in Periodontal Therapy for 10 years, prior to joining the Seguin Smiles TEAM, and loves helping guide and educate in maintaining a healthy smile.
Outside of the office, Heather enjoys spending her summers at the beach with her 2 dogs, offshore fishing, and her winters hunting in South Texas.
